Thinking of offering a new wellness program but not sure where to start? Look no more! Consider a corporate on-site chair massage program vs. those same old, same old offerings of the past. Wellness programs with breakfasts and/or lunches are often appreciated but do not have the lasting effect that chair massage would.
Besides, who wouldn’t want productivity to increase with those looming deadlines?
“In a recent study, an American Psychologist gave one group of workers a 15-minute rest and another a 15-minute massage. The group that received the massage performed significantly better on complicated tasks like math problems. Chair massage can also improve creative thinking and relieves fatigue. It’s better than a cup of coffee!”
Corporate Massage Kneads now offers two types of onsite chair massage programs for our clients:
- Corporate sponsored on-site massage(employer pays an hourly rate for chair massage). This program is usually used for health fairs where employees enjoy corporate-sponsored events. Typically, there are different vendors within the health arena offering different services and/or programs. Chair massage creates a lot of buzz (and smiles) as employees receive a “mini” chair massage at no cost. Tipping is appreciated but not required.
- The “Employee Pay As You Enjoy” program(employee pays for their chair massage) is also of interest. This program is offered through an online scheduler, so the employee can simply schedule and pay online with a credit card for his/her own massage. Tipping is appreciated but not required.
Both programs are:
- Corporate Chair Massage focused on the client’s neck, shoulders, back, and arms
- Onsite within your corporate setting
- Efficient for your employees with no travel time and value for stress reduction
- Reasonably priced for both the corporation and the employee
Below, please find the two most requested time allotments for corporate chair massage within your office.
15 minutes (4 clients per hour)
20 minutes (3 clients per hour)
Employee participation in an onsite chair massage program is high. If the employer pays for the program, there is a higher participation rate with an estimated 80% of employee interest. With the employee-paid option, the interest drops a little to maybe 60%.
Either program requires a two-hour minimum with a signed contractual agreement. Additional travel fees may apply depending on your corporate location.
All clients must have a signed contractual agreement prior to any workplace wellness event. All pricing is determined by your “kneads” and location.
